Manage your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancel or change plans inside Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iPhone.

In the iPhone app, go to Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data, including any notification contacts.

Common questions

Why isn't my dashboard updating?

The dashboard updates over a real-time WebSocket connection. If you see a stale screen, refresh the page; the dashboard will reconnect automatically. If the watch lost cellular and Wi-Fi, broadcasts are buffered and flushed when connectivity returns — gaps may appear in the live trail until that happens.

The watch app says "Email verification required."

Open the iPhone app and check your inbox for the six-digit code we sent to your account email. Verification codes expire after ten minutes. If you can't find it, request a new one from the iPhone app.

How do I forget my password?

Tap Forgot Password on the iPhone login screen, enter your email, and we'll send a six-digit code. Codes expire after ten minutes. After resetting, your watch will automatically pick up the new credentials.

Why do I have to subscribe?

The live-broadcast service runs on paid infrastructure (databases, Redis, SMS, hosting). The subscription keeps that running. Everything else — viewing dashboards, receiving texts, looking at this website — is free.

I want to pull my data before deleting my account.

Email [email protected] from the address on file and we'll export everything we have on your account.
